It's actually a good thing for people to see a man like Tony full of fear and anxiety. If you’ve read ants book “first man in” you’ll know that when he says “nothing is impossible” it comes from the heart , during his training to become a para before he moved onto the royal marine commandoes and later the SBS, Ant failed time and time again on a particular course due to him having shorter legs, he had to run just to keep up with those that would walk, the corporals all said he didn’t have it in him , he had the will and courage but the shortness in his legs made it impossible, and her Ant managed to overcome this

Given that Ant is probably trained is multiple basic forms of martial arts, he'd likely have no problem getting a tired Bellew into a choke hold and subduing him. There is a reason fighters who do matches are far more advanced and better than the average guy training. Well obviously not mate. Do you think the Special Forces boys walk around I'm every day life screaming and demanding at people 24/7? He's on a SF recruitment course which is aimed towards DS pushing buttons and shouting at contestants so obviously he's gonna be like that.
Everyone here has worked incredibly hard to get where they are in life but this is testing there endurance and mentality amazing to watch. Ramsey would be a laugh to watch if he did it but he has worked incredibly hard to be one of the best chefs there is and is very fit so reckon he would just manage it for his age.

Sorry, but a man like that couldn't win a hand to hand combat fight against a special forces soldier, ESP after the training they have to go through. This isn't a fitness camp before a fight, it's a life-changing selection course. How many people died in Bellews training camp? As many die during special forces selection. I'm 40 and have epilepsy I've never really been able to do anything which makes you feel alive like this or anything really but I've gone 7 months without a seizure it's normally 2 months so my brother has a good friend who retired from the army 5 years ago is basically taking me on a weekend survival trip but won't tell me where 😂 big respect to all those who have served or serving 💯
