Hey, of course. The sumo squat to lunge was were I felt the 🔥 but I think the downdog jump to squat then tadasana played a role in the burn too. 💛🤗 Charity
I started this cycle doing your workouts and I was dreading mine today because the last work out I done was the ovulatory one and I thought dear god I don't have that much breath in me today to do all the jumping BUT this was amazing. Didn't want to work out and now I feel better than before! Amazing thank you! I tend to hate working out but with these it doesn't feel bad at all lol
It depends on your current exercise routine. If you’re just starting to integrate exercise, I’d say do it in your early / mid luteal. If you’re a seasoned exerciser, do it in your late luteal. 🫶🏽 Great question!
Yes! Definitely always do a warm up and cool down that is specific to your body!! Is it post-workout muscle soreness or does your body feel like it’s in pain?
The hip and back muscles can get sore when you’re starting out. White willow extract prior to exercise helps me but this can affect flow in some women. There are some good blends with other herbs and mushrooms that prevent soreness without affecting flow.
