    Starting off a flow with a before/after body check immediately turned me off to following along, but appreciate the thought behind sharing the benefits cycle-syncing exercise!

    I have had the lowest energy when it comes to my luteal phase (I’m working towards balancing my hormones). This workout yoga flow was very nice for me to follow and I got my workout done for the day! Tysm! 🎉

    Perfect for my 2022 goals! Starting January with foods and exercise styles to match my menstrual cycle. I’ve started seed cycling and journaling too. My period is due in a couple of days and already, I don’t have the water retention, swollen breasts and small zits that usually creep up just before I’m due on!

      @@CycleCoachAcademy yes I have checked out that video - super useful to keep referring back to.
      Regarding the playlist you have for working out at each stage of the cycle, should we aim to do one workout per day?
      I feel like I can manage that considering I’m about to start day one of my cycle because this style of exercising for our hormones is way less strenuous than what I was doing (used to follow a hypertrophy programme that was strength based and disregarded the levels of my hormones so was definitely tiring during the bleed and pre bleed stages.) Even though those workouts were only 4 days a week, I definitely wasn’t listening to my body’s signals as closely as I am doing now to adapt to my cycle in the best way possible.
