I have had the lowest energy when it comes to my luteal phase (I’m working towards balancing my hormones). This workout yoga flow was very nice for me to follow and I got my workout done for the day! Tysm! 🎉

My period is due in a couple of days and already, I don’t have the water retention, swollen breasts and small zits that usually creep up just before I’m due on!

Regarding the playlist you have for working out at each stage of the cycle, should we aim to do one workout per day? I feel like I can manage that considering I’m about to start day one of my cycle because this style of exercising for our hormones is way less strenuous than what I was doing (used to follow a hypertrophy programme that was strength based and disregarded the levels of my hormones so was definitely tiring during the bleed and pre bleed stages.) Even though those workouts were only 4 days a week, I definitely wasn’t listening to my body’s signals as closely as I am doing now to adapt to my cycle in the best way possible.
