The luteal phase is the time when PMS enters the chat. We’re lethargic, unmotivated, and maybe a little bloated. And the last thing on our minds is an intense sweat session.
Listen to it! That’s biology, baby. Our hormone levels are at their lowest, and we can’t pull from energy stores that just aren’t there. Wearing out our bodies while they are already working hard to prep for our period can actually turn on fat-storing genes as our bodies are less insulin-sensitive. This is definitely the time to work smarter, not harder.

Overall the exercise is good. But it creates a lot of pressure on knees, because of which my knee tissue is hurting. Please check if you can replace the beginning exercise with some other stretches.
Yeah I have to use a pillow for that one. It helps a bit
