  • If you’ve been on a mission to cycle sync your workout, we’re right there with ya.
    The luteal phase is the time when PMS enters the chat. We’re lethargic, unmotivated, and maybe a little bloated. And the last thing on our minds is an intense sweat session.
    Listen to it! That’s biology, baby. Our hormone levels are at their lowest, and we can’t pull from energy stores that just aren’t there. Wearing out our bodies while they are already working hard to prep for our period can actually turn on fat-storing genes as our bodies are less insulin-sensitive. This is definitely the time to work smarter, not harder.

    thank you. i'm at the gym and i just was not feeling good trying to move fast. i looked up luteal phase and i'm so glad i did. going slower helped so much

    I'm new to excersizing with my phases and this was sooo helpful! Not only did it feel amazing- but I really appreciate the reminders that my body needs (&wants) to slow down right now and that slowing down is good for my body. I feel soo grounded and ready for the day. 🥰 Thank you so so much!

    I stumbled upon this channel while looking for workouts to do when having PMS. The workout was soothing.🧘🏻‍♀️ I was not aware that workouts for different menstrual phases exist!

    Overall the exercise is good. But it creates a lot of pressure on knees, because of which my knee tissue is hurting. Please check if you can replace the beginning exercise with some other stretches.

      Yeah I have to use a pillow for that one. It helps a bit
