      Hi Kathy, it's good to be back. Struggling with one hip, especially pigeon pose, but i dont have tight hips, and my warrior poses, so I try not to over do, nor under do. 💕

    Hi Kathy, thank you for the video! What can I use instead of bolster? Does it have to have a certain length or firmness? Thanks again!

      What will you use the bolster for? You can also roll 2-3
      firm blanket, use firm pillows or a combination depending on the
      posture. Tell me more. 🙏🏻
