I want one of your transitions to be your playbutton. respect the amount of work you put on them, the jokes and how creative you are with the transitions
I really respect your commitment to using whatever program is necessary to get your brain images into an mp4 file. I also appreciate the bit about following tutorials - honestly, the majority of my self-teaching process was having an idea in my head, realizing I didn't know how to make it happen, and then finding a relevant tutorial. How can you learn/improve if not by doing things you don't know how to do? No shame in that imo. Also thanks for making Blender look useable, it makes me feel like I have no more excuses to avoid learning it lol
thanks for commenting on other great creators videos other than your own! Especially on a topic like this its basically a medal of honour coming from a master like you. Always loved your channel keep up the good work!
thank you lazy :) i think youre absolutely right about the tutorials thing, my personal issue (that i could've definitely expressed better in the script) was that at one point i felt like my editing "style" was not a style at all and i was just copying everything from tutorials and i came up with nothing original. tutorials are undoubtedly great, and i owe the majority of what i know to them. especially that blender stuff as it was and still is so much information for such a relatively short amount of time. hopefully you will find blender fun, as thats the main reason im so stoked about it
@@Fishtank.That's such an interesting point. I think your style is incredibly apparent. Your videos are super unique because you put so much effort and time into creating specifically what you have in mind. (Lazy does so aswell). Which is ofcourse a video filled with jokes and associations that are particular to you. But a part of what allowed you to translate those ideas into video is the tendency to find fitting tutorials. Maybe a foregone conclusion but to me it's a strength rather than criticism.

@Fishtank I've been picking up some new hobbies recently and one them leads to video editing. It takes so much dedication and patience to stick with a skill that you could infinitely develop. The fact that you say you're a novice editor sets a high standard for my first project. I love you Fishtank and I will find you 🙂
As a fledling editor, the amount of learning you have to do to be able to work at all with any program is insane, the fact that you balance image, video, effects, modelling, sfm, 2x map creators and more is beyond impressive, without even mentioning the actual effort and creativity you display with these tools. Love your stuff man keep it up.
Big respect for each video you upload, we know the amount of effort you put behind them and thats why its so entertaining, your sense of humor and editing style is why we love you.
