RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
Chop 1 onion
Chop 1 clove of garlic
Chop 2 potatoes
Cut 500 - 600 gr broccoli
Fry onion, garlic and potato in olive oil for 2 minutes
Add spinach and fry another 1 minute
Add 1 litre of water, add broccoli and cook in boiling water for 8 minutes
Make puree
Salt, pepper
