That 200-degree cooking temperature is in Celcius. If you are in the USA, it equates to 392 degrees Fahrenheit. I used 300F for 45 minutes to bake 2 thighs and they were done and juicey. The 'gravy' left in the bottom of the baking dish is delightful! I'll thicken it and spoon it over potatoes or rice tomorrow. It definitely was a quick and easy recipe - thanks!
