Your tutorials are amazing! Clear, concise, show common mistakes and don't even have audio explanations, yet explain the movements much better than most other tutorials with them. P.S.: Can you please consider doing more tutorials for movements on rings?
@@strikerstone i feel like training for the hefesto is like training for planche you gotta build strenght and let your tendons get used to the movement, but the prerequisite are there to let you know when you can start training for it, so if you can do 15+ pull ups with good form i'll say you can begin your training for the hefesto Edit : begin training for HSPU as well, it might help
is biceps strength in the long range the limiting factor in this movement? It looks like i can help/cheat the movement with momentum from the legs.@@vitalypavlenko2896

👌
gotta try this,I saw a variation of it called angel hefesto and it looked stunning(though it's just wide grip hefesto),but I want to learn it
The Best skill in calisthenics 🔥🔥😍
It's good that you write the amount of basic pulls ups to 'access this level'. Gives a perspective.
If you can do these 15 pull ups, you are nowhere near the hefesto. Try it, and fuck up your biceps tendons.
@@dvorakgigachad1444then what about 20? 25?

yes, a lot
@@dvorakgigachad1444what about planche or one arm pull up ?
Harder than one arm pull up and easier than planche @@BreakingJJC

There seem to be big jumps between the 2-3
And 3-4 to me
Every time I try this I can’t get above the bar because my glutes stops me. How do I prevent that?
how dangerous/risky is it for the biceps tendon?
99% risky
@@vitalypavlenko2896that makes me not want to do it!
