I tried every muscleup tips like this in UA-cam I watched almost everything, when I did my first clean muscleup I thought video like this, it’s fuckin bullshit, yes it’s help but when you need to get clean muscle up you need to have strong arm like iron and the feet don’t mind it just stay soft and straight in order to not kipping, you are almost working your arm and do the transition like a C in order to go up the bar, that’s it.

I did 14 pull ups and 15 dips was easy does that mean i have the strength to do it
