Hi. Whats the shoulderblade position? Do you squeeze your blades at the back and depress them, or push them apart?
In your vids it seems that youre squeezing them together
Your scapula must be depressed, gymnasts usualy go for a slight protraction or neutral position, too much protraction or too much retraction is bad. Wrists (no matter you have a false grip or not) stay in line with shoulders, elbows blocked, body alignment - slight hollow body position or straight body with neutral pelvis
And yeah, squeeze your lats, obliques and chest (main muscles working while holding a cross)
I want to do hspu and stradle planche so bad for now 😭😭
