Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that uses a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. This yogic sleep technique calms the nervous system and activates the parasympathetic (relaxation, rest & digest) response.
In this yoga nidra guided meditation to relax you will be guided through a body scan to calm the nervous system, It’s a 15-minute yoga nidra guided relaxation to reboot your whole nervous system. Amazing. Did you also do any brain training or affirmations as part of recovery?
I also do these yoga nidra meditations in the morning/middle of the night when i wake up too early and can't fall asleep or there is not much time left to sleep. It makes me feel callm and rested, even though i didn't have the amount of sleep i needed.
Me too!! It feels beneficial like a great compromise for sleep lost

The difference I notice at the end of this practice: I felt less vulnerable.
I believe this was brought about by being “enveloped” by the energy of “presence”. As I slowly awakened I could see myself facing the rest of the day with mindful equanimity-dropping the “anxiety template” I tend to apply to most situations. I habitually analyze my use of energy and habitually monitor my depleting energy reserves-wondering if I can make it through the rest of the day. This is often agonizing for me.
After imaging being cocooned by presence, I then allowed myself to be filled with it. I enjoyed this intuitive addition to my experience.
As always I sincerely appreciate your work, and am so grateful I have the opportunity to benefit from it.

Ally, when I first laid down to practice, I felt an overwhelming sense of clutter and worry in my mind. Upon pressing play, the sounds of birds chirping and the soft rain relaxed my mind, which then relaxed my mind. The alternative breathing hands was so enriching! During the deepest moments, I was able to let go of the energy that wasn’t serving me and now I feel present. Thank you for creating such a wonderful nidra! You are a beautiful soul! This was great for me as a quick pick-me-up in the early evening. I felt my mood lifting during the session. I really liked the bird sounds, imagined myself lying on a patch of grass surrounded by trees : ) It left me feeling positive and more awake. One thing I love a lot about your nidras is your voice, it sounds natural and authentic, not like you're trying hard to sound calm and relaxing.
I feel cosier, warmer, sleepier, more confident and more amused by the challenges in my life. 'I respond perfectly to every circumstance in my life' is really soothing.
I just did this while bathing in the morning sun, after my morning workout and swim. This helped to anchor all the benefits of my previous activities and really add another layer of relaxation, energy and bliss to my body for the entire day. A big thank you!

My breathing was really off the last day. My breath feels much more at ease now.
Due to long covid my breathing is quite interrupted and irregular still. But the more yoga nidra the better it gets.
