Loose stool is all that mucus and ick from dormant bowels. I launched an utter horror show after a seven day fast. The Chernobyl reactor was like, "damn, that's bad"😄
The only thing I wish is that you had shown us the scale bc you know some of us are Doubting Thomases. I am NOT one of them, good for you Rich! I seldom even have an appetite these days but when I do I eat OMAD keto or carn, usually carn bc there arent many vegs I like, I would never touch a green leafy with all the pesticides. And the last time I had my beloved asparagus, just three sticks, whoops, run to the bathroom. I would eat red grapes but as I now have two bottles of reveratrol why bother lol? Plus with my sweet tooth I might then turn to more sugar. For me the weakness is that I do NOT like to exercise as much as I used to, light weights sometimes but it's a mental block lately tho I am walking more which is a very good thing. Yeah that scale thing is for me though that's not for other people I have done that in the past and I'll do that in the future but this time I chose not to do it if people don't believe me that's not my problem I don't have anything to prove to anybody people can see it already I can see it as well, I feel it I'm wearing it differently.

Did you go to the oakbrook Costco store because I find that they are more expensive than other Costco's stores. Edit: also what supplements do you normally take for a prolonged fast?

I just use salt magnesium glycinate and some Nu salt ( potassium supplement)
