I had rice cerelac left of my baby didn't know what to do, so thought to make a cookie. I followed the coconut cookie recipe, only replaced maida with wheat and coconut with rice cerelac, added 1 teaspoon of fresh coconut scraped as I had handy. The cookie turned out superb. Thanks for such easy recipe
