Ghee: 3/4 cup ( it should look like soften butter )
Powdered Sugar: 1 cup
All purpose flour (Maida): 1.25 cup + 2 Tbsp
Gram Flour (Besan): 3/4 cup
Semolina (Sooji): 1/4 cup
Cardamom powder: 1 tsp
Baking powder: 1/2 tsp
Baking soda: 1/4 tsp
Pistachios/ cashews/ Almond/Melon Seeds

How you make ghee white in colour in starting
In summers : Put the ghee into the fridge for 20-30 min, then take out and mix.
In winter: slightly warm it, ( not melt )

Please note - If anyone prefers not very sweet nankhatai probably you may want to reduce the amount of sugar powder little. But that's personal choice :)

Superb recipe. I have been making nankatai since teenage but this one is the best. I have made it 4-5 times and results has been consistent. We eat less sweet so have reduced the sugar quality, rest all is just perfect. Luv u ❤️✨

Hi 👋 so I made the Nankhatai without Suji and 3/4 cup sugar, but I think it was still a little more sweet for me. Maybe next time I will reduce 2 tablespoon sugar more. But it turned out really good 👍 Thanks 😊

I made this recipe for nankhatai and they turned out to be so good and delicious. My otg took around 25 to 30mins to bake this but the end result was too good. I tried other recipes as well with no besan and suji and even they were yumm but I think I will keep making this one for sure. Thanks for such a yummy recipe.
