INGREDIENTS
100 grams (1/2cup) Soft Butter
50 grams (1/4 cup + 1 tbsp) Powdered Sugar (You can increase if you like them to be sweeter. I'll like mine less sweet)
130 grams (1cup + 1tbsp) All
OPTIONAL
Jeera Cookies: 1/2tsp Salt + 1.5tp Roasted Jeera/Cumin
Tutti Fruiti Cookies: 40grams (1/4 cup)
Kaju Pista Cookies: 40grams (1/4 cup) Chopped Cashew + Pista
Chocolate Chip Cookies: 40grams (1/4 cup) Chocolate Chips
Marble Cookies: 1.5 tbsp Cocoa Powder to half dough
Bake at 180C for 18-20mins
1cup = 240ml , 1 tbsp = 15ml, 1tsp = 5ml

I was looking for a simple, eggless cookie recipe and I'm so glad I found this, the cookies came out so amazing! The jeera one was better than market bought ones because it has no preservatives or chemicals etc. BTW no idea why egg is needed when such wonderful cookies can be made without eggs, cheap & vegetarian/vegan. I just want to add something after kneading the dough wrap it in fresh wrap and keep in the freezer for 10-15 min otherwise it's little sticky to work with.. freezing it a little makes it easier to work with 😀

Mam in you video it is written to bake the cookies at 170° for 12-15 min but in the description box it is written as 180°. Which temp we should follow. I have micro-oven. In which rack do I bake (high or low)? As it does not have medium rack
