  • HOW TO COMPRESS TIMING CHAIN TENSIONER
    In this video we will demonstrate how to compress timing chain tensioner. Sometimes when you buy new timing chain and tensioner, the tensioner pin that keeps it compressed may come loose and as a result you will need to compress your timing chain tensioner to install it. Other times you may need to remove the timing chain and tensioner to work on the engine but you will need to install your old tensioner (maybe you replaced it not to long ago) we will show you how to compress it and keep it pressed in.

    What about the timing chain tensioners that do not have the teeth on the piston. Should have shown how to prime and compress the toothless tensioners to get the pin in it to hold piston down
