This is vital information for stroke patients to prevent a frozen shoulder.
I'm glad you did shoulders, as I really needed to work on them !
Thank you so much for these wonderful videos as always
Of course! Thank you for the kind words ❤️❤️
All the info is so great and helpful in the physical , I find the mental part as hard as the physical overcoming the lost of physical works on your personal strengths. And the lost of not able to go back to work yet getting close after a year but absolutely no SSI help after paying in since 15. So discouraging and a absolute downer on helping physically. But on the up I ❤❤ love all the videos ❤❤
very useful exercises

You are so right arms really are heavy. Didn't realize how heavy until I had a Stroke. Great advice don't compare everyone is on their own journey 🩵👍

I am so excited to see this video! I definitely need help with my shoulder. I only made it through one round of exercises, but I hope I can build to do the whole video
Yay! One round is huge! Honestly, I was sore the next day from just the two rounds. They’re deceptively simple but when you do the holds, man! They work you out more than you think🙂
Thanks 😁
❤
I sure wish I knew this 6 years ago. However, there is no better time to get started than right now. Thanks, Elyse.
100%!! Of course 😊
Thanks!
Thank you SO much for your contribution to Post Stroke! You’re so kind and amazing❤️❤️
Could you show how to active assist with unaffected arm?
❤❤❤❤❤
My right arm was affected and I have bad spasticity. I had the botox injection to see if that would help. It only made my arm feel heavier. My hand is totally numb. I wish there were surgery to help.
My arm can’t move at all. Is ok if someone help it or the other hand help?
Gonna listen to that voice to relax me while I work on my truck 🤯😂
Oh no, there's music 😬😂 Oh well...
