Thanks Guys!! I am 59 years old and up until two years ago ran for about an hour a day. I had a pretty bad car accident with multiple injuries and I am starting over with 45 lbs extra that my body doesn't need.... I feel so frustrated that physical movement is hard, (damaged left ankle is left from accident-waiting surgery) but I was and am always desiring to be active. I love this workout .. just jumped off the couch when I saw it and did it in just 7 minutes.. a little cardio response and modified anything with my ankle but it was great!! how often do you recommend this be done to improve belly fat ? thanks again!! love what you guys do!!

The workouts here are terrific. I especially like the standing ab workouts because they are intense but low impact. Wondering how often should I do the standing ab workouts in a week?

First time doing this one. I struggle to keep my balance in that split stance. My balance is always wobbly anyway, and that is really difficult.
Perhaps try having a little wider stance on the splits. Let us know if that helps a little.
It does help a little bit but I think I'll always struggle with that. Due to a medical condition, I've always had poor balance and coordination. I keep trying though, and find ways that work for me. :)

Your body uses fuel called calories during the workout. The calories burned calculation is determined using a standard formula for high intensity training. The range on the screen is based on 2 things. 1. Intensity 2. Body weight with the bottom number representing those in the 120 lbs range and the top number representing those in the 200 lbs range.
The heavier the person, the more calories burned, for the same routine, right?
hey man when I flex my abs i can feel all of them inside but they are not showing outside. When i get normal my stomach is not tight no abs but when i do tight i can feel them . WHAT to DO?

Great thing about standing abs workout is, I can watch the screen all the time, and follow your movements. Routines on the floor, I have to listen and watch the screen time to time. :)

your old "5 minute standing abs" is way better. No offense. The standing crunch and the very last exercise didn't do much for me. thanks for the videos, though! Still use them all the time!
