I was out of my my mind and body with a hypothyroidism. It has taken 18 months to get a grip on it with diet and exercise. I broke my kneecap in half 3 - 4 years ago and have a permanent problem with steps, and getting on/off the floor. These standing exercises ROCk!... the perfect answer for me. No getting up or down. And no kneeling on metal pins, screw and wire, like Yoga has you do too often.

Dude, thanks soooo much for this! I hate doing crunchs because my back is not straight and so I always end with neck and back pains, and so I stop doing them. But these standing abdominal excersices are so good! My back is always straight and I don't get pain except for the good kind of pain in my tummy. Thanks dude, thanks a lot! they really work!

Have been doing your workout since the start of the pandemic. Writing in to say a very big thank you for all the excellent free workout. You are very relatable.
Encouragement: I am a 21 yr old female, 147lbs. I’ve been doing this workout for almost a month, every week day once a day. I use a 10lb dumbbell. I haven’t lost any weight but my muscle tone has DEFINED LIKE CRAZY. My arms are much stronger, my biceps, glutes, and obliques are freaking rocks and they basically were coming up from nothing. (Butt looks great, but I kinda lunge while doing the second set so that could help there) My triceps have shown up at all, I’ve never had a workout actually improve them and I now have slim, toned arms. Even my abdominal muscles are showing improvement already, not much, but all of this all together is incredible.
It’s not like I diet even, I’m a vegetarian college student who eats take out and otherwise doesn’t exercise except taking her dogs out.
This routine works 100%.

WIth this standing ab workout, I'm not sure I was doing the breathing in and out exercise correctly. I know it sounds really straight-forward, but can you explain how that is done in more detail and how it engages your abdominal muscles?

Thank you once again for a great workout. I began with 3lb weights, am using 5 lb weights this week, and plan to purchase some 8 lb weights next week, and then plan to do 15 minute senior workout and the above every day for the next 90 days. I like the no-nonsense/no crudeness that I have seen on other sites. Coach Kozak "just gets to the exercise"--and the motivational posters are wonderful. Thank you to all who put this together. Due to a back injury I am unable to do floor exercises, so if you have any more standing routines w/weights that would be great. {: ^ )
After finishing this workout then you will instantly feel a difference in your mid section.

I like this, because after doing crunches on my back my I can feel my abs knot up and I haven't found much standing crunches until now. Plus it's easier as I'm losing what's left of my gut.

These 10 minute vids are great. Everyone can do 10 minutes and for someone just getting back in shape low impact is exactly what i need!
Dudley, i hope you are keeping up with the exercises. Doing a little every day will help you out and you will know when you can increase more. just keep at it and stay motivated...that's the hardest part for me.

I have said this before and I'll say it again, HasFit is a great work out video! It totally understand and put different perspective into getting mg work out done. There are just some days I don't want to do any lying down exercises or I just want to do quick work out before heading out. There are some days I can and will do a good 30mins to an hour session and they have these wide selections for me!Thank you for helping me sweat it out.

Loving these videos. I'm a person that never worked out my whole life now that I gained a little weight, I started to not liking the way my body is turning to. So I decided to work out from now on and never give up on it. I'm so bad at some of the workout moves but your way of communicating in the videos gives a person the motivation that even when they are doing it wrong, they keep going to learn it. I like doing this exercise. It is easy to do but its effective. I feel that my tummy is getting firm now. I'm on my 2nd day.
