    I've been coming back to this ab workout for 8 years and it's still the best. Abs for 30 minutes is insane but this one has flattened my tummy and adds a little cardio and legs. Wonderful

    I walked an hour on my treadmill, did your 15 weight (beginners) and ended with this one...I also changed the way I eat. I have lost 90 pounds!! Thank you for all of your help and motivation.

    I have an Ankylosing Spondilitis ( a chronic inflammatory disease affects the spine and the lower back joints ) since 09/2016 and I am doing these standing workouts for more than 7 months 5 times weekly. The floor abdominal exercises are risky to my spine. I'm a dermatologist and know some healthy tips about exercises. I can't forget to mention that I am also doing your lower back rehabilitation exercises daily, day by day without laziness.These exercises are a recommendation from my rheumatologist and physical therapist. Coach Kozak, you are full of bounty to me and I am very grateful for you. Thank you, Sir. I wish you a happy life.

    This is a fairly easy workout and at first you don't feel anything. But doing it regularly you can feel it working your abs especially the lower abs. Really good workout. Thanks coach!

    I have been doing this exercise everyday for a week, alongwith planks (up to 35 sec)eating healthy (no snacks)..and lost 1" on my waist line. My jeans weren't tight on me today. Love Hasfit workouts!!

      Well it's TRUE but the gym have equipment that maybe you want have at home and that will be coming out of your pocket and you wont have same results doing body weight work out than at the gym also trainers are great they make you accomplish the body you want cuz they also motivate you

    I hate videos that go from on the floor back to standing, it takes me a lot longer than the average joe to get up and down so I really appreciate videos that are all standing or they do all the floor moves at once. You are very motivating thank you for these awesome videos!

    I'm 66 year old and was having both stomach and back pain problems straining to do the laying down traditional sit ups. Switched to the HASfit 5 minute Standing Abs Workout 3 weeks ago and have noticed the same stomach firming benefits with the added benefit of increased balance. I look forward to doing this exercise 2-3 times a week. Thanks

    My back/shoulder feels “off” and hurt too much to do your floor workouts so I pivoted and did this awesome standing workout (thanks)! My knee also hurts, so I jumped on the bike for a solid cardio workout. It’s all about being flexible and knowing your body so you can safely work out even when you are hurting.
