Okay so i've completed the 30 day beginner and now i'm just finished week 3 of day 6, I feel alot more healthier thats for sure, i'm not following their mealplan though cause i can't figure it out,but for the most part i'm eating healthy eggs chicken breast spinich fruit smoothies no pop or chips i substitute chips with quaker crispy minis which i know its not that great for you. I'm pretty sure i was 230-235lb Now for the passed week on my scale i've been 217-220lb usually 217 when i wake up and 220 by the time i go to sleep anyway loving the workouts they are getting easier each day and anybody who is reading this i encourage you to start and don't give up you can do it with a bit of effort and dedication, i'm 22 years old and i just came off 2 hand surgeries last being december 02 2013!!
keep up the good work but be careful to not loose weigh too fast, a lot of people over do things for a few mounth and then can't keep on doing it because of various reason, slowly building up a routine is the best way to stay fit (and more important healthy) for life

4 months ago I changed my diet, started eating healthy. And 3 weeks ago i started working out. I've lost 16 kg so far, and I couldn't have done it without your help coach Kozak. I haven't reached my goal yet, but I can see the finish line. Thank you :)

Nathan Aerenga I literally did it two times I'm week along with a couple other ab videos and noticed a huge difference. Everyone's different, I saw results. Others didn't. It depends on how active you are and your diet and one 6 minute work out video isn't gonna do it that's for sure

Makes me sweat like hell... **Rest Day** Day 5 : My love handles are almost gone..
