I keep coming back to this workout over and over again. Whatever my main workout is, I always add this one at the end as an extra boost for my core. The movements are so low-impact, yet very fuctional and easy to moderade and make harder if needed. I've done it hundreds of times already, and will surely come back hundreds more.
I have significant scoliosis, so back-lying abdominal exercises give me back pain all day. This workout is an awesome way to keep my core strong without getting on the mat!
This lady is super dedicated. Truly great and can you please help and suggest exercises to get rid left sciatica pain. I’m trying with some exercises but I need to know of better exercises. Thank you

Wow what an amazing idea of abs you bring and the best of it is that abs workout one of my best workout i love doing in my channel but when we talk about abs we talk about eaten healthy because if not eaten healthy it will be hard for you to get the abs you are looking for so let lean to eat well mostly what we cook 👩🍳 with that you will know what you are eating 🍽

Thanks. Precisely what I needed. I don't mind the bonus crunch since unlike others it doesn't require banging the back of my head against the hard wooden floor. So really useful workout alternitive for crunches which are not so comfortable outside of the gym.

i just did 25 standing abs exercises for 2x, 3 rounds, 6 exercises. Then 40 mins of aerobics exercise. My body is burning in pain and i love it! 💪💪😤😤I was 203lbs and now im 192lbs. I know i have a long journey. As an obese person we can do this!!!! 😤😤😤
This has to be a great workout for runners, strengthening the core but also working glutes, hip flexors, quads and hamstrings ... and all in just 10 minutes !

great workout till the end. I looked for a standing abs routine as on the floor does not work for me right now physically. The "bonus" best excercise was not one i could do at present. would love if it could have ended with another standing maneuver. thanks

A really good beginner's workout. Good instruction and it goes by fast! I did it 2x for 3/5 times I did this. 2nd day--really sore lower back muscles, but I worked through it. My balance was much better by the end of the week, although still not great--I'm sure it will improve as the core gets stronger. I'm moving on to another one to advance the goal.
