I lost three kg in a month three year back. Three months almost 10 kg. I was eating regular home food. But no sugar no oily food. Three years later i started three days back. Surprisingly i was able to do everything once. Second day had body pain ita gone.
Three years back first day i was not able to do full exercise. I got knee pain that time as i might have done jumping exercise wrongly. I took knee care. Plus continued exercise but skipped jumping exercise

Take rest for 1-2 days. At first I also had pain in my knees and joints. But after 1-2 days its gone. And I'm continuing this routine.

Don’t skip stretching. Sab pains theek ho jayengi. You will FEEL better
Had started from 2021 till 2022 lost 3 kgs then did a break then 2023 onwards started with 6262 and then did for two months no improvement in gym. Did cult which came back in flexibility full body cardio dance and lost 2 kgs in 3 months. Now started this again. Had a great intensity workout.
