I have already come down to 67.5 kg from 76 kg in the span of almost two months. I am on a keto diet and I think I am in a yo-yo mode currently. One day I am 67.5- the other day I am 66.5. It is happening in this entire week. Any insights will be helpful.

At first change your thinking and love yourself .automatically u lose your weightt.u follow the good health diet plan prepare by yourself which made according to your body. Junk food totally band and drink a lot of water 3/4 liters a day . This is my routine also,if you like u can follow
You can start doing intermittent fasting..start with 14:14 and reach upto 16:8 window... focus on protein rich diet, reduce calories to 1200 atleast, slowly reduce taking sugar and all processed and street foods.... start doing 30 mins walk daily...you will start seeing results...
