I would recommend you to watch Welcome Home(2020). Loosely based on true events, this movie is focused on a family with hidden secrets. When two female govt teachers visit them for a census report, what happens next is what the movie is about. It's really disturbing, yet it's a must watch.
Most of the Bala's movie is disturbing to me I took 3-7days to complete a film especially paradesi climax made me into a state unable to cry but sorrow hit the head... So disturbed after watching it
Hi Raunak, once again a great video! However, I would also recommend ‘Naan Kadavul’ which was a very hard watch and very disturbing. I’m sue you would agree.. 👍🏼
Three movies I have seen from your list - Matrabhoomi, Visaranai and Thanmatra. Mahanadthi I did not want to, I did not have the courage. Matrabhoomi and Thanmatra was both different genre but very disturbing. I lost sleep for many days. Accidentally, I saw the movie Matrabhoomi and was just shocked. I did not know even the name of the movie. I came to know this movie's name just because of your movie listing. Visaranai, I left it in mid-way as the subject was getting heavier. One movie which I can suggest is 'Paruthiveeran' - very scary.

By far the most disturbing movie whenever I think of disturbing films. The climax still gives me chills. There are movies more disturbing than that but the movie was still so traumatizing for me.
After watching most of these movies Mahanadi haunts me the most and it's sad kamal did not get an national award for his perfomance, the system as a whole and how unsafe as parents and children are still in this country and in many countries and this could've easilty won many acoodales had this script been made in hollywood or some other place and Kamal would have been the night shyamalam of acting had he not been born here and the world needs to see this actor's films
An old film called Saaya with Danny Denzongpa was VERY disturbing. He plays a photographer who becomes obsessed with Poonam Dhillon, and in his spare time, practices separating his body from his soul through astral projection. I don't wann spoil the story for those of you who have not seen it, but trust me, this will scar you for life!!!!
Good choice of movies. I feel before coming up with a list you need expand your movie watching. All our choices can be different. So many.
