    I disagree, not in a bad way though. I believe everyone's different. I'd say to exercise whatever it is that makes you happy as long as its not hurting your health. I actually enjoy solitude and down time vs the having my brain firing thoughts every second while socially engaging with others and the strenuous activities 5 days out the week. Dont get me wrong i do love hanging out with loved ones here and there and also training but it doesn't bring me the Joy I get when I'm with my self, at peace, fasted and getting ready to prepare a lovely clean meal. As humans food is definitely part of Joy, a huge part of it. Imo.

      She covers this in other videos-- hemp seeds are great as long as you’re not trying to heal from anything... because when the body needs to heal, it’s in an inflammatory state (omega 6s are higher than omega 3s which are inflammatory- and hemp seeds have a higher ratio of 6 vs 3)-- she says once you’re healthy and healed the omega 3 & 6 ratio doesn’t have to be so watched.... if trying to heal stick with whole flax & chia seeds as they’re higher in anti inflammatory omega 3 which will balance the off the inflammation caused from too high of omega 6s.

      @@MollyVSmurl Good point. She also says eat as many avocados as you want and yet avocados have 13 to 15X more omega 6 than omega 3. Some of the info doesn't jive.

      @@alancosens she definitely does say to consume higher omega 3s as the main fat source especially when trying to heal. Then after the body hyper heals, the raw omega 3:6 ratio doesn’t have to be so tightly watched.
      It’s a lot of valuable info that can tend to be misunderstood but shes 100% legit.

      The things shared in those groups are private. She'd be violating their privacy. Plus, she gives a TON of information away for free already. She has a right to earn a living through private coaching if people want that, but you can 100% do the program without paying for the coaching.

    My girl still deals with food allergies and autoimmune symptoms but still eats potato chips and foods with oil. Both WFPB & HFLC say those oils are bad.
    (She's not vegan either but 90% + plant based)

      Red Pill Vegan oh my god all what she eats is very bad for autoimmune and even for non sick person dr Brooke has a free webinar go to her page and subscribe to help your daughter autoimmune desease is serious health problem for me when I was young it was very often attacking my hair follicles and my skin only now at the age of 34 it became dangerous it’s attacking my kidneys and my heart and lungs 😭

    How can I say this in the nicest way possible? Being overweight causes self-confidence problems and inhibits attraction from those with whom I wish to develop relationships. So getting advice to "find happiness in relationships" just makes me want to eat ice cream...it feels discouraging and invalidating.
