Great explanation man. Best form of therapy there is. Much better than booze, drugs or knocking someone out. I’m 52 and do 6 days a week still. Keep pumping buddy!!
Great explanation for what it means for you. I work out in the mornings and when I’m done, pumped and having achieved something before 7am I feel great. Sure, most of the time my day goes downhill from there, but I tell myself tomorrow I get to wake up and have my time before anything else. As long as it feels good and right for you, hold onto it lads! The more people question it, the more you know you’ve found something for you!
Here's the thing... I'm in my 50s and I lift because I want to stay physical. I enjoy running, jumping, walking and climbing, just like I did when I was a kid. Back then, I didn't think about moving, I just moved. And I know if I live long enough, time and nature will get the better of me. I'm no fool. But until then I'm gonna keep lifting to keep that edge. And I want you to know buddy, I'm on your side. My grandmother didn't live to be a 101 because she was smartest. She did it because she was the toughest.
Thank you , I tried to explain it the best way I could using myself as an example

@@joeeapen3398 the best!!!
For my health. Because I enjoy it. I like the physique it gives me.
You sure it's not to get girls. Right on brother same here, I started to do this for therapy reasons.

@@messagenabottle2668 I love it!! Most people above 50 will never run, or jump or do anything physical, it will cost them in the end.
