Hi. I've seen many comments saying the original Puma clutch has issues. I have a March 2011 build 2.4. Is my clutch OK? Will it likely fail and destroy everything around it or does it just rattle to let you know you need to change it? My little dog does the same as yours.. follows me around the garage and eats stuff off the floor.. you need eyes in the back of your head!!
Haha i was looking after my mums dog that day. If you leave anything chewable on the floor consider it gone!
Yes if its rattling bad i would consider changing it before it lets go completely. I am currently doing a video showing what goes wrong with the origional clutch plate and comparing it to the new one.
Hopefully should be uploaded next week.

but is it normal that when reassembling the socket it is difficult to put in place? I hit it with the wooden block several times.
it was cold in my workshop, 7/8 degree.

Hi Mike. Yes it is normal that the cup is tight on the shaft. Thats why i cleaned it and lubricated before fitting. When you fit the bolt it will pull the cup to the correct position before it goes tight. So when the bolt goes tight you know the cup is in the correct position. I dont think you will have broken anything as they are really tought.

Hi i honestly couldnt tell you. Unless there is a conversion plate or maybe get one custom made. That 6th gear is great for the motorway.

What accessories are included in your order of the MT82 Kit? Did it come with everything needed? Do I need to order prop shaft seals , grease, or anything else separately? My Landy is a 2015 Defender. It has not failed yet but want to be prepared.Is this the Retrofit MT82 Kit from Ashcroft? Very good video! Thank you.
Thank you. The only thing i had to buy separate was the prop shaft seals. Everything else you see was all included in the kit. Since this video LOF have a new one piece design worth a look.
What sort of dog is that? It looks a bit like a Papillon.
She is a Chihuahua cross. Shes a lovely dog. Very inquisitive and loving haha
