I used the serum & scalp massager & I think it did help in thickening my hair growth. But I felt that it was kind of expensive & also, there was no email notification they were going to process another shipment, & all the sudden it hit my account. I use other things now that I believe work great as well. I use Haielle products too & love them.

When I began to notice extreme hair shedding I used the Vegamour shampoo, conditioner, scalp serum and gummies for about 4 months. I didn’t really notice a change in hair growth but I did enjoy the shampoo and conditioner.

I’m surprised you haven’t been drawn in and tried Nutrafol. Especially because they have a menopause blend. The science behind it is solid and many Derms suggest it.

@@beyond50skin Yes and it works. I did not find about it from social media. I was researching the best supplements for hair growth after menopause and decided to try them first. I am 54 and have been using it for 2 years. In all my research, they are the most reputable and scientifically backed hair growth product on the market. I don’t know of any other brand that has physicians backing it. They also have amazing support and free 45 minute consultations with NDs.
Now that I’ve looked into Nutrsfol further Im also surprised I haven’t heard about it sooner. I plan to talk to my dermatologist about it during my appointment this fall. Thanks again for your recommendation 💕💜💕
@@beyond50skin Did you notice Dr. Idriss mention that she sells it in her office and also takes it? Unfortunately, Dr. Dray did not do her homework. Their customer service is amazing. Once you order the product, they have complementary 45 minute consultations with ND’s and will troubleshoot with you if it’s not working, i.e. send you a complementary hair follicle test.

What kind of hair dryer do you use
I’m currently diffusing with the Dyson Super Sonic on cool … so over priced! It was recommended to me by my stylist. My grey hair easily turns yellow with any & all heat. Okay, but you use minoxidil as well? How often too. I have been following a menopausal female doctor and she uses minoxidil.

I realized minoxidil 2x a day was keeping my hair follicles intact...the Calecim was improving t's density and thickness. It really does take a village.
I was on minoxidil 2x a day for about 10 years before trying the Calecim Microneedling system. I had ok hair but the addition of growth factors, exosomes etc. took my hair to the next level. Now I am starting all over again :(
@@beyond50skin I am watching yours and derm doctors. I think the best is to get an appt and get a diagnoses as I am due. In the meantime I put dabs of minoxidil on my hairline scalp. I have seen some growth and understand it will take time. I am also taking supplements, as I stated. Too much stress the past few months which I will not bore you with. But, there does seem to be an overall thinning. Seems everyone is an expert too, selling every product. Ever hear of a Trichologist? But this Bryan Johnson guy has a serum he has that is not marketed yet. A dermatologist did go over each part of the serum and said there is research backing much, like caffeine for one. I would love to find a reasonably priced red light as the research says that helps too, as you use. Thanks again!

I will have to check out that serum you mention. I haven’t heard of this one. I made the huge investment in the @originalLEDcap years ago (it’s a laser cap vs LED. I was so desperate, but you are so right, red light caps are super expensive. I’m hoping the one I’m using will go down in price. I’ve been badgering the company to share an affiliate link with a discount code because I truly believe it is the best one on the market. I think the co. Is going through an ownership transition so it’s been slow to get them to offer a discount, but I will keep on them. 💜… thanks for sharing all your valuable information with the community.
