Nice review video. I've had mine for a couple of years just for nature photography as it's so much easier to take with me than the DSLR and all the lenses etc. But despite a lot of use, I learned several things from your video I didn't know about it ! So, great job and I hope your UA-cam channel is very successful.

Hi I have a same camera as yours, but when I use it for recording and zoom in and out the audio result is very noisy came from the in out lens I think, do you have any ides for that so I can get a clear audio on my videos. Thank you

Good Morning, Unfortunately I do not use this camera anymore as I have upgraded to the Sony A6300, so I practically gave away everything I had with the camera. As for Vlogging on it it's very simple. The camera should already be recording in 1080p (HD) at 30FPS which is it's maximum resolution so just flip the screen over and hit the record button and you should be good to go. If not the instruction booklet or another video might be able to help. A suggestion I would make is to invest in some better gear though if you're very serious about this. The Canon SL2 is one of the best budget cameras Canon offers around 600 or so and has all the latest features including recording up to1080p (HD) @ 60FPS which is a lot better. Again I am sorry for the let down but hope this helps you out a bit.

Just decided to figure out how to use it...lol..But will be using this one to vlog for now and record my youtube videos😁

Tengo un adactador de cable y funciona con luz eléctrica 240v . Pero yo no quiero conectar el adactador a la luz si no a una bateria recargable . La especificación de la cámara dice que es 7.4v A2 . Como compro una batería para levantar esta camara .
Nice video review. I love my SX50. It was much better than my old SX30. I used this for vlog until I got action camera for vlog.
I love my SX50 hs, the only thing I hate! Is the zooming, you can hear it grinding as your zooming in my videos, other then that I love it! Takes great pics, and can see really far!
Yes i too love my SX50HS however after being able to shoot 1080 at 60fps on the somewhat new SX60HS along with it going to 65x zoom i think it's my new favorite, just a heads up i will finally be making a review on the SX60HS by this weekend if your interested in watching it.....Thanks for watching.
There is ways to get past changing shot angles without zooming while recording clips. Or you can use an of camera voice recorder if lip sync is not going to be to much of an issue.
It is all about perception. Rethinking the shoot and learning to adapt..
I use still fotos that I take in between clips or rather during clips while recording to help me with transition between frames that need zooming.
In other words... I shoot in Camera mode and then hit the record button.
Can I connect this camera with my phone through wifi

There is very little in here that refers to vlogging. Upto 15 minutes in it's a testimonial of how super it is for photography. I own this camera and I have used it extensively for video, more than for photography. But I have separate dedicated audio recording gear, quality microphones and cables for tapping into performers' sound systems. The camera audio I just use to sync the proper audio.
Unless you're prepared to edit multi track in a video editing program, stay with cameras that at least have a jack for external microphones. Also if you do long takes, buy an AC adapter with the dummy battery so it runs continuously - about $20.
How to charge can you tell me
I have the Sx50hs that I bought last summer for a good deal. I've been using it for photography which it's killer at surprisingly considering it's age, but I'm using it as a beginner film camera while I learn about the art form.
I wouldn't ever recomend this camera for it's retail price, but it's been good when I bought it for $150. I saw those moon pictures and I just had to!

Actually hold on, Get the SL2 from Canon, way better than this one and you get the mirrorless camera size while getting a DSLR in one package for about 600 or so. You definitely CAN NOT go wrong with the SL2.
@@spaceytropics I really love the SL series from the 100 to the 200D, but unfortunately I had already got the SX60 and im enjoying it so far its been a day. I can say I hate the fact that it doesnt give me that proffesional feel of manual focus & zoom , but it also has its likeable features too like the way it adapts to light change & maintains facetrack very well.....I will be using this one for my channel in the meantime while I look for a non-bridge camera

Would this work for a concert the mic?
It would work but only to a certain extent. If it's a fairly large concert than expect the mic to get some distortion here and there, however if it's a moderate to a small concert say like a school auditorium for example then the mic on it should pick it up just fine. There is no mic jack which is a down fall of this camera so making sure its not to loud in a concert setting is something to look out for. Hope this helps you out and thanks for watching.
How do you download the files to computer? What do you recommend you use ? And what programs do you recommend to edit photos and videos for UA-cam . I have an acer computer & it is always saying my files are to big. I know there is a canon app for your phone now which is awesome , but this camera is not compatible with it :(

Well seeing as you say Acer that means your working with windows. As far as I know I used to use the free version of Lightworks which only lets you export at 720@60FPS at the most. As for pictures you could try downloading the free version of Adobe Light room as well. As for the files being too big I've never really had that issue. I record, take the SD card out, put that into the computer and everything pops up right away and I drag and drop what I need. Now if you mean that when you try to add pictures or videos to your computer and that message pops up, it could mean your computer harddrive space is low. To check that go to my computer and you'll find the hardrive size right there, if it's in the red its too full if not then your set. Hope this helps a bit and feel free to ask questions if your unsure.
I meant I have an Asus - correction . I am guessing it depends on version and year, because the App Store is very limited on apps that provide editors . Free ones at that . But thank you very much for your reply once again

Only thing bad is the viewfinder which is really terrible. But the LCD screen is OK, just does not represent the actual photo very well, you have to wait to see it on another screen or printed before you realize how good the shot actually was, and it is frigging good.
12 MP is not great in this day and age, but still takes better vid and photo than my Samsung S20 FE
