Wanted to give a shout-out to Nate. Been using your videos for just over three years now and love that you are still turning out new content. Been doing your 30-40 minute videos twice a week and they have really helped me get in better shape. I also wanted to give praise for how good the videos are. Still can't believe they are for free on UA-cam. I especially like how good your talk-throughs are throughout the videos. I am visually impaired and appreciate not having to try and see the video while exercising and being able to follow along with your voice. Sorry for the long message just really wanted to let you know how much your videos mean, and I look forward to the next three years and more. I should also apologize if your ears ever burn, it's just me cursing your name during the Bower Lunge 😁, that one still gets me.
Circuit training is a great way to get in a lot of training in a short amount of time. Your having them do "perfect technique" punches on air after hitting the bag is brilliant. Always end with perfect form as it reinforces the neurological pathways for the last stimulus.

i have no form or skill at boxing i just love cardio but seriously injured so cnt run or cycle o so its was bag work. i was on a weight loss program hit the bag fast average power on the move dancing around a swinging 20 kilos bag had the step counter on and was surprised it was 15,000 steps in a 3 hr workout 45 secs on 15 off. did this for 8 weeks everyvday and unfortunately hadnt realised how fast i lost the weight on 1,500 cals a day. people at the gym thought i was bonkers. but i loved it. i love these vids. as an anaerobic exercise it's insane. i lost 15 kilos in the 8 weeks but to my surprise i had guns for the first time. i am envious of you guys.

Back 30 minutes later to y'all know this was an amazing retutrn to the days Nate was on his potato quality mic making you push the dang bag. After months following the 20 minute workouts, this made me properly gassed yet keep pushing. Managed to even do the little Easter egg, albeit at half the speed of even the slowest contender.
