    Ive been in a situation where my time doesnt allow me to go to the gym. With these workouts , Im not missing out. Much respect and keep up the good workouts.

    This workout felt a little disjointed because the combos changed so much in the middle of the rounds. It was hard to follow along. Still worked up a good sweat though. Thanks

      Agreed. I think it should be divided between speed and power

      It’s a lot of variety and moves fast. 3 rotations through and you’ll be rolling through it silky smooth

      I actually liked it just that way. Felt quite dynamic. I had headphones though to hear the instructions on the go.
