    Boxing Heavy bag training is incredibly effective for weight loss. We’re hitting another follow along 20 minute heavy bag boxing workout. Today we work on a variety of boxing styles. You’ll throw professional style combos a fast boxing training pace. To make sure you complete each round I’ll show you how to execute every combos before each round starts. You can practice with me or rest before the next round starts. Also in this workout I’ll show you two cross lead hook variations to add to your arsenal.
