- This video will show you how to dye your natural hair at home using Adore Semi-Permanent Hair Color. I was going for a Copper Brown color, so I mixed Adore's Copper Brown & Sienna Brown to achieve this perfect fall color.

When the semi permanent dye fades out completely will your hair go back to blonde or your natural color?

Semi-Permanent hair coloring works wonders on bleached hair...the color absorbs into the hair better and the colors look brighter...it coats the hair as well...I also use clear to give it an extra shine...your finished hairstyle, color and make-up are Gorgeous!

Was your hair wet or damp before you put the dye on? Did you shampoo it prior or just wet it?
My exact question 😂😂 the first time I used adore I wasn’t aware hair had to be bleached first, so I’m definitely in the comments wondering if I have to apply on wet or dry hair
You can use it on dry hair if you dont have a lot of product on your hair or you can shampoo first

Did you mix the color with anything or is it just straight from the bottle . Does it have ammonia in it ?
That's a straighten brush you use when blowing drying the hair, if you don't have the blow dyer comb attachment
It’s actually a detangling brush that you use to detangle your hair in which was appropriate for what I was doing to smooth the color through my hair while keeping it tangle free. It’s not recommended to use that brush, which is an off brand denman brush for blow drying because the teeth are close together & the brush over all is small which can cause damage. You use a paddle brush or a vented round brush when you don’t have a comb attachment
How long does it take to fade and does it feel damaging compared to normal dye?
I don’t know exactly, but it didn’t last very long! It faded within a good 3-4 months & it doesn’t feel damaging at all.

What did you style your hair with?

The reason it hurts is because you have to start at the bottom of your hair and brush it out going up and not start at the top and come down. When you start at the top and brush down it creates more tangle on top of what you already have on the ends, and you are pulling the brush thru all that which hurts. Start at the very bottom where the tangles are the shortest and easiest to brush out. As you go up the tangles will melt away because you've already given you hair a detangled path to follow. If that makes sense. : ) Love your color.

I used adore on my client and it didn’t take ! I left her under the dryer for 30 mins and the color washed out 😢 was it cause I didn’t use a comb but my hands to run the color through her hair?

How long did the adore hair colours last before they faded?
Not very long because it’s semi-permanent, I think six to eight weeks & it also depends on how much you wash you hair. I was my hair every week so it didn’t last long.
