    Vit. D does not effect testosterone very much, but its deficiency will stop your Bones to adapt stress and bones will remain weak. Weak bones will not allow you to gain heavy weights on Exercise.

    Need your advice urgently. please respond 🙏
    I do work out early in the morning at 5 am with empty stomach. I take dinner at 8 pm & not eating anything before workout.
    1) Should I need to eat something before workout? If yes then what exactly should I eat at 5 am?
    2) Is Creatine can be taken with empty stomach or I should take it after breakfast. Which is best time to take it.
    3) After workout I take 1 glass of Milk with Whey protein. Is it good time to take?
    4) Is it advised to take Creatine & Whey protein both at a time? Should I mix Creatine in milk?
    Please advise 🙏🙏

    Sir, I am using creatine micronized and would like to replace to monohydrate and what if i use loading dose. Does it effect or shall i use the normal one unloading as I want to make more muscles in less time.
