I do work out early in the morning at 5 am with empty stomach. I take dinner at 8 pm & not eating anything before workout.
1) Should I need to eat something before workout? If yes then what exactly should I eat at 5 am?
2) Is Creatine can be taken with empty stomach or I should take it after breakfast. Which is best time to take it.
3) After workout I take 1 glass of Milk with Whey protein. Is it good time to take?
4) Is it advised to take Creatine & Whey protein both at a time? Should I mix Creatine in milk?
