Why to eat grapes 🍇 in post workout this is something new i have heard about ...... guru mann sir or if anyone knows please reply whats the reasons for having grapes in post workout
That's because it's a source of simple carbs i.e. Fructose similar to Glucose which is used to replenish the depleted Glycogen levels in ur muscles post workout.
