Lots awesome advice. I had a cleaning service for 17 years and someone once told me focus on helping people and the bottom line will grow on its own and it did. Please move your language from “man” to person. Your advice about health is spot on and caused me to shut down at a financially free spot, but not financially shareable one. Keep up the awesome work.

Getting ready to start my first year. I have a 14ft inclosed trailer, 4.7gpm pressure unit with a hot wash system, 300 gallon fresh water tank, and a 55 gallon 12v 7gpm hot batch system. I’m nervous and excited. Your videos have helped. Thank you

Haven’t completely watched the video but my questions are what license do you have to start. I’m not sure if I should start an LLC or just register the business. Do I need a contractors license? Need help.
Any recommendations on how I would price my first big AP complex I wasn’t expecting to get bids this big right of the bat it’s 143 units in 12 building in Northern California. And I wasn’t sure if flats rate per building or if price per square foot would be a better option and if so what is a standard price I see .25-.60 for a lot of residential but I’m lost and could use help from people better than myself! Thank you to anyone that comments to help

Do you wear a respirator when spraying sh? I did some softwashing recently and realized I really needed one.

Hey Austin love your vids! Quick question, are you able to store your truck outside exposed to the elements through the year with that type of “open air” skid set up? I always wondered if Pressure Washers Are able to sit in pouring rain or snow And not get damaged It.
I it really depends on the climate you’re in. I plan on getting a carport built. But yes, they can be kept outside.

People say it’s hot in TX. How hot is it really during the summer. Thought about relocating to TX from the Midwest.
Not just hot, but high humidity heat. June through August mostly over 100 degrees with high humidity.
Yikes! Going to have to take a weekend trip down there during the summer and see for ourselves. Our young girls might not like it.
