Hello again! An update from one month ago..I teach these in my senior fitness classes once a week and the folks love doing them! Wednesday class is called “B/B/B” Brains, Balance, Belly.” Neuroplasticity brain “workouts” along with seated and standing balance exercises and concluding with abdominal exercises for the “belly.” Of all four days a week, this class is their favorite! The drills I learned here helped make it a hit with my seniors!
The exercises are great! Only the triangle circle is difficult to achieve. These exercises are part of my morning routine now. Continue the good work I love your channel.
best video I've found on this topic on youtube, 6 exercises in under 3 minutes, nice. Others take eternity for some useless intros and very slowly explaining exercises
Beginning . And intermediate level of workouts for individuals who needed this kinda important workouts after suffering sometypes of neurological problems maybe.
These brain exercises are GREAT! Thanks. I'm using them in my group fitness classes for seniors. The model demonstrating the exercises has a lovely smile. 😊
Using non dominant hand as well for doing activities also helps with strengthen the mind from what I read like writing and creating art with non dominant hand or brushing teeth those are just examples.
I have a lot of trouble with the first exercise. I can sweep with my right hand and tap with my left hand at the same time, but I can't do it the other way around. In the reverse direction, I have to sweep and tap separately, one after the other, like the woman in the video. I also have some trouble drawing an imaginary circle and a triangle. I can draw an imaginary circle with my left hand at the same time, and a triangle with my right. In the reverse direction, I have trouble, and the triangle is sometimes more of a circle than a triangle. I have to draw more slowly and with a smaller delay. Thanks for the video and the exercises. They are very useful, and I will introduce them into my daily practice. Thank you.
OMG, the first one was the hardest for me, I was cracking up!! The last one, the easiest..used to do this for warm up on the track & for rowing. Thank you!!❤🧠
I will be starting these exercises today (7/1/21), and will also challenge my daughter (17), and my mother (God willing will be 72 in 2 days.) as well. I will post an update… 😃
Hello! Is this good for fybromalgia and anxiety? I'm new at neuroplasticity and so far it was meditations. If so, cannot wait to get to work. 😊 Thank you in advance,
Is there any workout routine ? What are the changes that come with neuroplasticity , does it give some effect as 're-wiring' your brain and changing behavioral patterns ?
This video was awesome! Thank you! Using your non dominant hand for tasks will also help strengthen the mind that's what I found from words of memory champions. Like brushing your teeth or drawing and writing with non dominant hands those are just examples
I am trying to find out if exercises like this might help someone who has a balance disorder, possibly related to losing sight in one eye due to a cataract. She is not dizzy or experiences vertigo, just wobbly when walking.
Another video from you I just found! I commented on your vid with four exercises and I’m delighted to find these additional exercises! I took the classes in Alzheimer’s presented but Teepah Snow, but we didn’t learn any exercises. Thanks so very much!
I'm addicted to this content. I read a book with similar content, and I'm absolutely hooked on it. "Unlocking the Brain's Full Potential" by Alexander Sterling

Loved it. I'm a retired Physical Therapist and was trying to find a way to improve brain function and coordination as I age.
