Thank you for this practice. I often feel doomed, broken or simply wrong for existing so even considering that there could be “nothing wrong with me” made me feel uncomfortable at first. But sitting with the possibility of that reality made me feel a little lighter throughout the session. Thanks again, what a great channel.
Precious Hannah, thank you for this.
Thank you for spreading hope and beautiful practices :)
Thank you for this beautiful Hannah.
THank you. I really needed that kind and present practice today. Feeling comfort and strength x
I did, thank you love💗
Hey! Are we supposed to do one session a week? Or we can do one of these videos daily?
Hi Shivani, you can practice as often as you like. There is no max. I encourage you to listen to your body and do only what you feel led to do.
Hi, I started today your course... and I wanted to ask if it is normal to cry. Maybe my body needs this now...
Hi Eliana, yes, it’s completely normal to cry. Your body, mind and heart will release in a variety of different ways. Crying, shaking, fatigue, sense of relief, feelings of joy or any other feelings, and more, are all examples of how we move through what needs to be felt and released.
@Hannah Uiri thank you... I know that I didn't care about what my body was feeling for a long time. I hope that this journey will make me fell my body mine again
@@elianagio5366 You’re here now, and this is a very good place to be. 🤍
