I've been doing this for two weeks and I can see the results. My legs are toned, enough to wear shorts without shame. And my abs look absolutely fantastic and I'm so proud of myself. This workout is gold.
I never, I repeat never, did workouts! I never needed to, like I have an okay body but my P.E teacher said I was 'inactive' aka 'lazy'. So, I started doing Dani's workouts with my sister and OMFG these have completely changed my life! I EVEN MADE IT TO THE FOOTBALL/SOCCER TEAM! xxx Thank you
I've just done 21 minutes of exercise by completing 3 of Dani's videos and it only felt like 5 minutes! I absolutely loved it as it didn't feel like a chore and was extremely fun. I can feel it in my muscles already, I will definitely be doing these exercises on a regular basis. During the summer I used to do this workout plus two others of hers and the first two days I was sooo tired but by the third day I was just like this is soo much fun

That felt quite intense but I did this after a different workout, my leg got a little bit hurt so I took a short rest there and then went on moving. I'm not used to doing workouts regularly but I really want to achieve my goals to stay fit,healthy and in shape so yeah, keep up the good work everyone! :)

These workouts have become my daily workouts, i love them. The cardio one to burn fat kills me lol. I can do the ab toning one fine and the legs and arms will be my first attempt :) Pretty proud of myself :)
