Coach Greg here with a super incredible easy low impact HIIT workout !
Today’s workout is designed to give you a full-body HIIT experience, with the right modifications if jumping isn't something you can do right now! As we ring in the new year with new goals and a healthy mindset, I wanted to make sure that you had the perfect at-home workout to stay strong and healthy! 💪💪💪

I broke my ankle in June. Have 2 rods and a plate in it. Could not walk for 3 months. Love this workout no stress on my ankle. My squats aren't very deep yet, because the ankle doesn't bend that much, yet!

Can't do the but kick jacks due SPMS balance issues and the hip opener. Will have to see other alternatives. The front & side raises & squats will be attempted.
I always recommend that you consult your physician before starting any new exercise program, but I offer many modifications for my exercises.😊 Modifications include a step jack, not doing a full knee bend, or using something to hold onto (like a counter, chair, bedpost, etc.). Also, the workouts are performed at your own pace, so you can work at a suitable level! ♥

Absolutely understandable. It's common to have the desire to do more, but respecting your limitations and working within a comfortable range is crucial for your well-being. Consistency with exercises that suit your abilities can still contribute to overall health. Take it one step at a time, and remember that any effort toward your well-being is valuable. 💚💪😊
