I love your workouts! I have MS, & I’m a 49 yr old womanold. I gained 200lbs from medication I started in my 30’s. I’m now down 100 lbs(130) and I’ve gone from a size 26 to a 12. I am still trying to lose more. Winter is coming so it’ll make it a bit harder, I have a little dog I walk everyday, so that helps, but the walks will be shorter soon! These exercises are a blessing! They really work! You don’t need to go to the gym for hours to achieve what I can from your tutorials in minutes! I have shorts I bought a couple months ago that were too small, and they now fit AMAZINGLY WELL, if not on the big size! And I’ve just been doing these arm exercises and my ‘bat wings’ have disappeared!!!! So thank you so much! The whole svelte team is amazing!!!!! You have transformed my life!!!! Thanks also to Mere!!! She is a fitness FORCE TO BE RECKONED WITH!!!! You give me so much hope!!!!! I have so much 🫶& respect for you all!!!!✌️😁😁😁😁

Greg. I’m 60, was a personal trainer for over a decade. I’ve been working out 🏋🏻♀️ yoga every day for 44 years and I love that I can keep up with your pace! I Love the targeted movements and low impact, low cardio as I’ve become asthmatic and have a little osteoporosis and arthritis .
