I have been doing your standing abs workouts for 3 weeks now. On my breaks at work. I have lost about 3 inches on my waist. I’m going to keep it up! I do 3 of your ab workouts a day, 7 days a week.
I love that these 7 minute workouts are free to us. I'm so tired by the time the kids go to bed, but telling myself "I can do 7 minutes... It's just 7 minutes." convinces me to search for a video. This works! I have been doing one and done and this. 3 weeks ago I got upset dress shopping with my sister as I had put on so much weight so I started your program and added this to the mix. In such a little amount of time I am already getting into jeans I could get into a month ago and even managed to get into a pair of trousers that are 17 years old! I feel so much better already. Not even a month in. Thank you x

I alternate this video 3 times a week one week and 2 times the following week after i do 'the best workout for back pain" I also do the "fast effective standing back fat " again after the 'the best workout for back pain" alternating 3 /2 times a week depending on which back fat video I an doing that week. I'm so happy to see the updates back videos . Where has this lady been for the last twenty years, absolutely loved the first exercise and did it twice, I don’t feel knackered and I can walk straight afterwards, exercises are comfortable but making you feel they are working. I will try every video Meredith has done 👏👏👏👏👏

I love standing abs workouts!!!! I have a broken back, L5/S1 , and often times exercises on my back are really hard for my abs to control; however, with standing abs, I am able to really engage and work more intensely at strengthening my core, obliques, and my back muscles. Love this.

Slightly hurt my back, lifting the vacuum the wrong way, so stopped One & Done for a few days, but this is SO good, not feeling pain when doing these. Thank you for these quick user friendly workouts!! I was a personal trainer for 25 plus years. Have lots of lower back and therasic herniated discs lots of shoulder, knee and hip pain cortisone in all those area yearly. Anyways I'm post menopause on top of it all :[ so I'm trying these workouts and trying plant base diet hoping for the best 😍. I hate looking in the mirror at myself cause my body has changed so much. This was great. Love all the standing ab workouts that you and Grace do. Love that you don't need to always be on the floor. I've have 9 kids and my youngest just turned 8. Seven were c-sections, but I can see my obliques and some ab definition. Still have a long way to go.
I’ve had two c sections and they reek havoc on the core! I use to be a ballet dancer and my core was what I depended on. Going to try these if you are doing it after 7 c sections then I can do it!! Best of luck to you!
Just did these exercise sets for the first time. Wow. Could feel muscles I forgot I had haha 😄 interestingly I came home from work with a sore lower back (my job is very physical, lots of lifting); decided I needed to shift this stagnant energy, did some exercise bike first then these exercises... what was a 9 out of 10 has gone down to a 3 out of 10. Love this standing ab workout and it's working at flattening my tummy FAST 💓 but the last excersise in the leg extension the reps aren't even lol! The right leg is 11 reps and left leg is 16 reps so I evened it out and do 15 reps on each side! Thanks Mere you are the best trainer and you rock ⚡!

I love these quicker work outs. I usually do them right before I take a shower so my bathroom is all steamy and makes me sweat even more. I do have a question for you though, Do you have any videos on the flabby lower stomach? Something that will help get that tighter and get your stomach on track for a flatter tummy? That and my thighs are probably my biggest issue right now. Thanks in advance 😉

I love these quicker work outs. I usually do them right before I take a shower so my bathroom is all steamy and makes me sweat even more. I do have a question for you though, Do you have any videos on the flabby lower stomach? Something that will help get that tighter and get your stomach on track for a flatter tummy? That and my thighs are probably my biggest issue right now. Thanks in advance 😉
