    I have been doing your standing abs workouts for 3 weeks now. On my breaks at work. I have lost about 3 inches on my waist. I’m going to keep it up! I do 3 of your ab workouts a day, 7 days a week.

    I love that these 7 minute workouts are free to us. I'm so tired by the time the kids go to bed, but telling myself "I can do 7 minutes... It's just 7 minutes." convinces me to search for a video. Thank you for making these free for us!

    Where have you been all my life!! OMG!! I happen to come across this video of yours about a week ago and gave it shot. I have back issues and other work outs have caused pain. But the way you teach each move and give variations is incredible! I have done this work out for a week now along with other videos you have and I am already seeing results! Unbelievable!!     Meredith.. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart! Your program has been a game changer for me. I am 50+. I had been doing longer more intense HIIT workouts without outstanding results. Your workouts seemed too easy initially. But trust me, I FEEL it! And SEE it! 💪🏼 🎉❤

    This works! I have been doing one and done and this. 3 weeks ago I got upset dress shopping with my sister as I had put on so much weight so I started your program and added this to the mix. In such a little amount of time I am already getting into jeans I could get into a month ago and even managed to get into a pair of trousers that are 17 years old! I feel so much better already. Not even a month in. Thank you x

    Where has this lady been for the last twenty years, absolutely loved the first exercise and did it twice, I don’t feel knackered and I can walk straight afterwards, exercises are comfortable but making you feel they are working. I will try every video Meredith has done 👏👏👏👏👏

    I love standing abs workouts!!!! I have a broken back, L5/S1 , and often times exercises on my back are really hard for my abs to control; however, with standing abs, I am able to really engage and work more intensely at strengthening my core, obliques, and my back muscles. Love this.

    Thank you for these quick user friendly workouts!! I was a personal trainer for 25 plus years. Have lots of lower back and therasic herniated discs lots of shoulder, knee and hip pain cortisone in all those area yearly. Anyways I'm post menopause on top of it all :[ so I'm trying these workouts and trying plant base diet hoping for the best 😍. I hate looking in the mirror at myself cause my body has changed so much. Sorry for the rant. Hoping this 💪 works thank you again.

    I love this one too. I alternate this video 3 times a week one week and 2 times the following week after i do 'the best workout for back pain" I also do the "fast effective standing back fat " again after the 'the best workout for back pain" alternating 3 /2 times a week depending on which back fat video I an doing that week. I'm so happy to see the updates back videos . I'm 53 year "young" women who has back issues but I want to get back into shape and your videos have helped me shed some inches and fit into clothes I haven't been able in a few years................Thank you Please keep posting for us 50+ young women who don't have time or the inclination to go to the gym but want to stay fit and mobile
    any new videos you can post for us are appreciated ..I share them with family and friends when they ask what i'm doing

    This was great. Love all the standing ab workouts that you and Grace do. Love that you don't need to always be on the floor. I've have 9 kids and my youngest just turned 8. Seven were c-sections, but I can see my obliques and some ab definition. Still have a long way to go.

      I’ve had two c sections and they reek havoc on the core! I use to be a ballet dancer and my core was what I depended on. Going to try these if you are doing it after 7 c sections then I can do it!! Best of luck to you!

    Thanks so much! I love seeing these 7 min exercises in my inbox, after joining One & Done. Slightly hurt my back, lifting the vacuum the wrong way, so stopped One & Done for a few days, but this is SO good, not feeling pain when doing these.     I have been battering for the last 4 years with belly fat.All the other channels have exercises that I cannot do and which hurts me.Mostly those exercises are for fit people.I just found your channel from Facebook and can not wait to start these.

    Love this standing ab workout and it's working at flattening my tummy FAST 💓 but the last excersise in the leg extension the reps aren't even lol! The right leg is 11 reps and left leg is 16 reps so I evened it out and do 15 reps on each side! Thanks Mere you are the best trainer and you rock ⚡!

    Just did these exercise sets for the first time. Wow. Could feel muscles I forgot I had haha 😄 interestingly I came home from work with a sore lower back (my job is very physical, lots of lifting); decided I needed to shift this stagnant energy, did some exercise bike first then these exercises... what was a 9 out of 10 has gone down to a 3 out of 10.     I love these quicker work outs. I usually do them right before I take a shower so my bathroom is all steamy and makes me sweat even more. I do have a question for you though, Do you have any videos on the flabby lower stomach? Something that will help get that tighter and get your stomach on track for a flatter tummy? That and my thighs are probably my biggest issue right now. Thanks in advance 😉

Haven't seen any weight loss yet, but after doing the Metaboost Flush two days ago, I slept two nights in a row without pain in my left injured knee waking me up at least 3 times in the night. This is amazing because the injury has been plaguing me for months!! How often do you recommend that people do the Metaboost Flush. I am going to try the Metaboost Belly Blaster next, but in a few weeks time when I am not away so much.

    This is my favorite! I do this sometimes to change it up from the One & Done or the Metaboost Body workouts! I prefer the standing workouts. I feel great after starting my day with this! Thanks Mer!

    Greetings l just come across your 7 minutes workout, yes l have this huge belly before me that not going no where and come across video l know that l am at the right place. I lost the weight but belly is still big before me and my arm is very flabby because of the weight loss. Thank you for these workout l must begin my journey soon be bless.
