Everything about this just amaze me, from the ingenious engineering of his Yatai and the fact that government setup these spots to provide electricity and waters is also amazing.

I admire anyone who is that committed to their craft. Not easy work but you can tell he has a lot of passion for what he does as he is so meticulous with the details. Everything has a purpose.
One thing I've noticed from these Japanese food channels is that they are so meticulous in every aspect of their jobs. Awe inspiring! Greetings from Germany!👍
The speed of building with prefab materials is not new. But the fact that he do this everytime and furthermore keeping it clean are what wow me. Even the floorings are better than most indoors here. I could sleep on it 🙃

Impressive work. It's like assembling a giant LEGO knowing by heart where each piece goes. It deserves respect and admiration. Was he the one who created and manufactured? It is also commendable that the city has water and electricity points in the places where merchants set up their workplaces.

And if the government got out of the way and restricted less, more individuals such as this could afford to operate freely.
