Forty-some years ago, my roommate stole a couple of bottles of liquor from his father, who'd been to Brazil years before. One was Pinga, and the other I don't know how to spell, but I recall it being pronounced liked "wee-shee". We didn't know to make a mixed drink with either, and found both a bit unpleasant by themselves.
He actually put in the effort and took the risk of offering an elevated style of food than other stalls. I hope he is well rewarded for his renovation.
The food looks fantastic and I'm amazed how perfectly everything is set up from a tiny trailer. I loved that he's known as the General of Tail. Although, that might have a slightly different meaning here. I hope that the video brings him very much success and popularity.
That stall looks so cozy! I've never seen ox tail ramen before and it looks delicious! I remember when ox tail was considered cheap cast-off meat. Now it's as expensive as steaks here.
The level of detail and care is impeccable. To do this day in and day out is a superhuman ability. All the respect to this man and his work ethic. I wish he wouldn’t have to tear down every night and just leave it up.
I think the secret of such food stall is not only the food. It is more the ambience. It’s a feeling of sitting in the kitchen in a very cozy atmosphere. You talk, drink and eat together.👏❤
One of the best places I've seen, food looks amazing, no one is smoking inside, no fumes from the food going to customers, only thing I would remove is the TV, but others might like it.
This just blows my mind lol.. As an American, all i can think about is how if those amazing stalls were here, they'd be gone the next day 😑.. the whole environment looks so enjoyable, and the food looked absolutely delicious 💚 thank you for sharing! We could learn a lot! 💖✌️
I’ve watched maybe 20 or so of these types of videos and I must say, this guy has the best built pop up yet, he must be a carpenter or something as well, cause wow! Amazing work

ここのラーメン美味いよ。
一見したら濃そうに見えるスープも飲んでみたらめちゃくちゃアッサリしてて細麺とよく絡む。
トッピングされてるフライドオニオンがまたいい味だしてるね。
一際目を引く牛テールも柔らかく簡単に骨と身が外れるほどホロホロになるまでしっかり煮込まれてて臭みもなくて美味い。
呉には色んな屋台、ラーメン屋さんあるけど俺はここのラーメンが1番好きかな。

ラーメン屋のラーメンなんて、もう30年近く食べてない。最後にラーメン屋のラーメン食べたのは小学生の時だから。
まして屋台のラーメンなんて一度も食べた経験無い。
ラーメンに800円とか1,000円掛けてまで食べたいとは思わないんだが、ここの屋台のラーメンに心惹かれる。テール入の醤油ラーメンも、塩ラーメンも美味しそうだね。呉は海軍の街だったから、呉カレーも美味そう。呉は一度も訪れたことがない。呉は意外と美味そうなグルメありそうだな。機会があれば行ってみたい。
広島行ったら是非とも行きたいなぁ
