I worked in Japan for 3 years but haven’t seen this old-style ramen stall. If I had the chance, I would definitely support him and would love to share this humbling culinary experience. I prefer simple yet delicious Japanese meals like this his ramen. Just like in Philippines where simple businessmen roam around from one village to another or staying in an accessible place to serve their customers.. Please send my regards to Otousan and tell him I will be praying for his good health, long life and happiness. Gambatte Otousan 🥰😉

When I was younger and preparing to travel to other countries, my uncle a seasoned world traveler said to me "When your hungry always look for a place that has a lot of locals in it as the food would be really good, if there's a line out the door the food is excellent, if people walk past other places to join that line the food will be fantastic". Never been sick due to the food but had a lot of amazing meals.
