I used frankincense for my face, diluted with water and I instantly saw the difference. My skin was so silky and smooth. Want to try to use it for postpartum recovery. Looking forward to try myrrh and cinnamon essential oils

Great video! Rose of Sharon however is believed to be Labdanum or a species of Cistus. Calamus is also believed to be Cannabis instead of the marshy reed known today as Calamus. Thanks for clarifying the little known Spikenard and Lavender confusion. The Greek word Nardos (Latin Nardinum) meant Lavender, Spikenard, and Valerian.
I grow hyssop and use the dried plant in tea. Tastes lovely, like a mild cousin of anise.
May I ask where you get the seeds and/or plant to grow??

Valuable knowledge presented, yet so much info squeezed into a short video! I know the video you present is an overview. However, presented so fast that I have to keep going back. Yet still get confused over which oil is for which primary use. Like going through a beautiful countryside too fast to take it all in.

Love this topic, thank you so much! Do you think you could do a video on the overall diet during biblical times? Reason why the life expectancy was much higher and the huge role that food played. And in conjunction perhaps talk about the "Blue Zone". I know one of the cities in the "Blue Zone" is located in Greece which is one of the areas where the New Testament took place.
Bethany Hernandez I had just been reading something speculating that Sin is actually cause for life expectancy slowly falling. I imagine differences today in diet are damaging... no doctor or expert, just something I read. the trees bearing fruit bearing seed in itself definitely points out that if something can't be replanted from itself it's not natural. we could all speculate phenotypes and cross breed of fruit are violation of this. sorry if none if this is slightly helpful
Nathan Steffanic you are correct, life expectancy shorten because of sin not diet. However we are to eat seed plants and vegetables. She needs to read the Bible for herself there are several fast for different reasons and outcomes.

What about Keneh Bosom it was widely used in the Old Testament and modern translations often mis-translate it to several of the oils you mentioned.

It's a shame the federal government continues to say it has no medicinal uses, I've used it as a medicine for over 40 years. For the past 5 1/2 years to help treat my cancer. I can't afford huge amounts to force a cure, but even small amounts help.

Can someone recommend a good diffuser please? I've researched several brands on Amazon but they all seem to have reviews that say they don't last long before they quit working, so if anyone knows of a good dependable one that lasts, I'd love to know which ones are recommended. Thanks.

Good Morning Dr. Axa, I just started with essential oil and the first 2 or 3 times it helped me sleep but I tried it last night and it didn't seem to help, not sure if it was a placebo effect or not. I used Wild Orange and lavender. One more thing do you know if essential oils been scientifically proven?
