My mother was extremely difficult. I felt relief when she died. I miss her in some ways still. I'm 62 and stick to a schedule. I pick up my grand dog every day and walk for an hour. Next I do errands and weight lift. I'm healthier now than I've ever been. My husbands boss thought I was 40 years old.

To all peri and menopausal women: (I’m one, too). Please see Dr. Andrew Neville’s video “How to heal miserable menopausal symptoms: The adrenal link.” You have to get off that destructive adrenal killing & hormone destroying drug, caffeine. That’s #1. And no, carnivore isn’t the answer-I was strict carnivore for 5 years and it totally jacked up my gut & adrenals. I wish you well.

I believe from my own experience with various doctors is the failure to take blood pressure correctly. We really have to ask are these studies accurate as it being their blood pressure are taken correctly.
In every doctor visited, they don't follow the protocol of correctly taking it. They don't ask when was the last meal eaten prior to arriving to the visit because this would result in wrong blood pressure reading. They don't give you a time to relax before taking your blood pressure. That causes wrong blood pressure reading and they fail to not talk to you while taking your blood pressure. That will cause incorrect blood pressure and failing to have both your feet flat on the floor as well as arm on a desk leveled. That too causes incorrect blood pressure readings.
So, we have to ask are these blood pressure studies being done under correct conditions.
