Half of the land consists of fertile terraces, the other half is covered with shrubs and trees (mimosa, pine, oak, eucalyptus). Last winter some eucalyptus trees fell so there is firewood for next winter.
Furthermore, a food forest was planted in 2019, with all kinds of fruit trees, small fruit and herbs. The fruit trees are already in production. Drip irrigation installed and connected. There are 3 old olive trees . There is also a wooden house on the land that is rented out as a guest house via Airbnb, which generates a nice income (500 eur/month).
Also included is a VW transporter van with bed and cooking facilities, so 2 extra sleeping places for guests.
A lot of good quality building material such as windows, pallets, roof tiles and wooden beams are also present on the land and included in the sale. Also lawnmower, chainsaw, …
In the neighborhood, within walking distance, are many foreign neighbors who occasionally organize events and form a nice network.

A nice property. Daytime living is preferable with natural light, bedrooms do not need light and views. Ground floor needs more windows, personally i would have reversed the accommodation with daytime living upstairs.
What sort of offers are being accepted. In UK at least 10% less than asking price in the current market.
